| Description | We are seeking a passionate and nurturing Pre-K Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that supports the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of children ages 4–5. This role is key in preparing students for kindergarten and instilling a love of learning through play-based and structured activities. |
| Required Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (required). Oklahoma State certification for Early Childhood Education. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children. |
| Preferred Qualifications | Minimum 2 years of experience in an early childhood classroom (preferred). |
